In order for us to be here to serve you and your pet when you need us, we need to stay healthy and open for business.
We observe the following Covid Procedures:
The lobby is CLOSED. We have a very small lobby, and social distancing in the lobby is not possible, so we ask you wait in your vehicle.
Call us when arriving and let us know you are here. We are very busy, and if you do not tell us when you arrive, we have no way of knowing you are out in the parking lot waiting. MASKS ARE REQUIRED REGARDLESS OF VACCINE STATUS.
For Doctor Visits: Our assistant will call you back when it is your pets turn and discuss your pet over the phone. If you wish to come in for the appointment we will allow ONLY TWO people to come into the appointment and MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. If you wish to have a curbside appointment, we will be happy to give you a curbside appointment. You will check out either over the phone if curbside, or in the room if in person.
For Medication or Food pickup: You will call when arriving. We will take your payment over the phone and bring out your items to the car. ALL medication and food pickups require a 24 hour notice.
For Technician Appointments: You will remain in your vehicle. We will come get your pet, do the procedure, and return your pet to you.
Euthanasia Appointments: Please call us upon arriving. We will check you in over the phone, collect payment over the phone, and have you pull around to a side entrance to enter with your pet. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
Please do not enter the building without calling first. If you do not have a cell phone, you can knock on the window, we will come outside to help you.
