We are accepting limited new clients on a case by case basis. If you are not a current client and you have an urgent matter or emergency, please contact Southwest Animal Emergency Center at 269-381-5228. If your pet needs routine preventative care (vaccines) please call the clinic and speak with the receptionist to be added to a list. Once we get your previous medical history from your previous vet, we will call you back and schedule an appointment. We have routine preventative appointment openings, but we have very limited availability to see sick, injured pets, or pets with ongoing medical issues.
If you are a CURRENT client with a new pet we will be happy to add your new pet to your file! Please be aware that we are currently scheduling out appointments for 8-10 weeks. Surgeries are scheduling out 3-4 months.
Before calling to add a pet to your account, please have the pets information (Age, breed, sex) available so we can create a file. Please also bring with you to the appointment your pets previous veterinary/vaccine history if you have it, or call us with the previous veterinarian's name and we can acquire it for you.
